Artelli 19 is a new commercial building called K2, which will be completed by the summer of 2019 and is the second stage of the highly popular K1 development that was opened this spring. The building is aimed at companies who want modern premises with low additional costs for their showroom or office.
Functional and attractive
The building being developed has approximately 2,730 m2 of rentable space in total.
The floor-to-ceiling height of rentable units is from 3 up to 8.5 metres, which allows for modern mezzanine floor designs or to store goods in high stacks. Each rental unit has personal sanitary facilities with a toilet and a shower as well as an autonomous and energy-efficient air-to-water heating and cooling system. In addition, the facility has roof-mounted solar panels, which ensure a class B energy rating for the building.
The K2 commercial building is located on one of the busiest streets of Tallinn. The dynamic and attractive fa?ade is projected to face Kadaka tee and Artelli street. Spacious showcase windows and eye-catching lighting solutions are also planned.
